Mr. Roosevelt is an American comedy film written and directed by Noël Wells in her directorial debut. These include Wells, Nick Thune, Britt Lower, Daniella Pineda, André Hyland, Doug Benson, Poor Weitzman and Sergio Cilli.

The film had its world premiere on March 12, 2017 at South by Southwest. It was released on November 17, 2017 by Paladin.

Emily Martin (Noël Wells) returns to her hometown, tries to cope with her past and takes care of her stay with her ex-boyfriend (Nick Thune) and his new girlfriend (Britt Lower).

In March 2016 it was announced that Noël Wells would write, direct and play in the film.She plays a fighting comedian in Los Angeles who returns to Austin, Texas. The production of the film took place in Austin, Texas, and was shot on 35mm film.Ryan Miller composed the film music.

The film had its world premiere on March 12, 2017 at South by Southwest, received a standing ovation from the audience in attendance. Shortly thereafter, Paladin and Netflix acquired the US distribution rights for the film. It was published on 17 November 2017.
